Our Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic is wonderfully sweet and pleasingly tart.  It’s redolent with the exotic, spicy flavor of ginger artfully married with rich, ripe juicy blackberries. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade.  Use on chicken, fish, over fruit salad, or oatmeal.  It is divine paired with our Persian Lime and Lemon olive oils, or any one of our fused or infused extra virgin olive oils.  Try this rich dark balsamic in your favorite sangria.

Our naturally infused balsamic condimento is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera System in Modena, Italy.
